HCCF-1 pay-per-use (Kopie)

The HCCF-Multi is an easy-to-operate plug & play system for filling and seaming cans under counterpressure in an oxygen-free room fullfilling high hygienic requirements. It can be connected directly to the product source (e.g. beer brewing tank or keg). Electrical power (200-240V, 10A), compressed air and an inert gas source (e.g. CO2, N2) are sufficient to operate each module of the HCCF-M setup.

The setup consists of 1-5 modules, which are operated by an automatic feed of cans and lids and an automatic removal of the full, sealed cans (see https://hygentile.com/en/2025/02/20/vollautomatisches-dosen-handling/).

In addition to carbonated beverages, still beverages (non-carbonated, e.g. water, fruit juices, wine, iced tea) can also be filled under nitrogen pressure. The can is stabilized by the internal can pressure and therefore feels hard. When the can is opened, the familiar slight hissing sound can be heard.

Each module is designed for an annual production volume of up to 480,000 cans in single-shift operation.

Our product was developed and assembled in Switzerland. The highest standards of quality, user-friendliness and hygienic design are met.
