On-site maintenance at the customer's or at Hygentile's premises to ensure the hygiene and performance of the machine (approx. once a year).
Remote maintenance and monitoring of the machine via internet access.

Not included: Wear- and spareparts, hotline, travel and expenses like food and accommodation costs. These will be charged at cost.
